Standard air freight takes 5–7 business days door-to-door. Our Express service delivers in 3–4 days. These times include export processing in Malaysia, the flight, customs clearance in Maldives, and last-mile delivery.

Yes! We deliver to all Maldivian atolls and resort islands. Outer atoll delivery involves a speedboat or domestic flight transfer which incurs an additional fee. We handle all the logistics so you don't need to arrange anything.

We have guaranteed cargo space on flights departing Kuala Lumpur (KUL) every Tuesday and Friday. Shipments received by Monday noon depart Tuesday; those received by Thursday noon depart Friday.

We are transparent about all charges. The main additional costs are: fuel surcharge (included in our rates), customs duties in Maldives (paid by recipient if applicable), and a remote area fee for outer atolls. There are no hidden admin fees.

Every shipment gets a unique tracking number (format: NPC-XXXX-XXX) sent via email and WhatsApp once booked. Enter it on our Track Shipment page for real-time updates. We also send proactive WhatsApp notifications at key milestones.

We proactively notify you of any delays via WhatsApp. Delays are rare (<1% of shipments) but can occur due to weather, customs holds, or irregular flights. Our team will keep you updated and work to resolve any issues quickly.

Yes, address changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure. After the shipment is in Maldives, changes may incur a re-routing fee. Contact us via WhatsApp to request any changes.

Yes, customs clearance is included in our service. Our Malé team handles all paperwork with MIRA (Maldives Inland Revenue Authority) and Maldives Customs. For commercial shipments, we'll advise you on the required documentation.

Maldives prohibits: alcoholic beverages, pork products, pornographic materials, and certain chemicals. Items requiring special permits include: certain electronics, medical equipment, food products (health certificate needed), and plants. We'll advise you on any restrictions for your specific goods.

Import duties in Maldives vary by product category (typically 0–20%). Personal effects and small gifts under MRF 500 are usually duty-free. Commercial goods are subject to duties. We calculate and advise on duties as part of our customs service. The duty amount is paid by the recipient.

Standard documents needed: Commercial invoice (for commercial goods), packing list, and government ID. For food items: health certificate. For medical devices: product registration. We provide you with a checklist when you book.

We accept bank transfer (Malaysia), online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and cash at our KL office. For business accounts with monthly invoicing, we also accept cheques. Payment is required before shipment departure.
